We keep this simple: we collect only what we need to run your classes, and we never sell your data.

What we collect

• Name and email when you book, buy a pass, download a resource or contact us.
• Company and team size if you request team training.
• Order details (what you bought, when, amount). Card details are handled by Stripe — we never see them.
• Basic, privacy-friendly site analytics and server logs (e.g. pages viewed, errors).

How we use it

• To deliver your classes: confirmations, Zoom links, reminders, recordings and materials.
• To answer your questions and send proposals you asked for.
• If you opt in, to send our weekly AI tip email. Every email has a one-click unsubscribe.

Who we share it with

Only service providers that help us run classes: Stripe (payments), Cloudflare (hosting and email delivery) and Zoom (the live session). Each is bound by its own privacy and security commitments.

Retention and your rights

We keep booking records as long as needed for accounting and to provide recordings. You can ask us to access, correct, export or delete your data at any time through our contact form.

Cookies

The public site doesn't use advertising or tracking cookies. Stripe sets cookies during checkout to prevent fraud.
