Do I need any technical experience?
No. Most classes are built for beginners and busy professionals. If a class needs anything beforehand, it's listed under "Before class" on its page.
What happens after I book?
You'll get an instant confirmation email with a calendar invite. Your Zoom link arrives 24 hours before class, plus a 1-hour reminder.
What if I can't make it live?
Every attendee gets the recording and all templates — you'll have access for 12 months. Live is better (you can ask questions), but you won't miss out.
What's your refund policy?
Full refund up to 48 hours before class. Within 48 hours, we'll move you to any future session of the same class at no cost. Can't make it live? Every attendee gets the recording.
Which AI tools do I need?
A free ChatGPT or Claude account covers most classes. Where a paid plan helps, we'll say so on the class page — and show free alternatives.
How big are the classes?
Small — usually 20 seats max — so there's time for your questions and hands-on help.
